When investing in altera-global.net, a Partner independently decides on the choice of investment products based on his/her financial goals and preferences. In case of unforeseen or other situations, which may result in the loss of Partner's funds, the company guarantees full reimbursement of funds at the expense of the authorized capital of the company. In case a Partner lost funds through his/her own fault, which was proved in the format of communication between the Company and the Partner, the Company is not obliged to reimburse these funds.

The Partner has the right to withdraw his funds in accordance with the established procedures, taking into account possible commissions and restrictions. The Company undertakes to process withdrawal requests within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions, deposit and referral programs with prior notice to the Partners and explaining the purpose of doing so.

In case of any problems, questions and suggestions, a Partner always has the right to contact the Company's support service and clarify those or other issues that interest him/her. The Company reserves the obligation to give a reply to the Partner within a reasonable time.

All disputes and disagreements between an Introducing Broker and the Company are regulated by the laws of New Zealand, where the Company is registered. If possible, all disputes and disagreements are initially tried to be solved privately between the Partner and the Company by correspondence or e-mail. In case the Partner and the Company cannot come to a common solution, all disputes and disagreements are referred to the appropriate authorities in New Zealand.

Any changes in the Rules and Agreements, as well as innovations, come into force after their publication on the official website of the Company.
